The recruiter makes it sound like I'm highly likely to be stationed in Korea for the full service duration and that by using the DLPT program, that I can be guaranteed to the Korean language (as opposed to enlisting regularly, going to the school, and being assigned any language). I've taken the ASVAB and DLAB practice tests at the recruiting center and passed.
